REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Pinter experience. Under our 30-Day Guarantee, you have 30 days to try the Pinter risk-free. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

PINTER MACHINES

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT (DELIVERY PLAN & PAY-AS-YOU-GO CUSTOMERS)

  • The 30-Day Guarantee: You may return your Pinter machine for a full refund (and cancellation of your delivery plan) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Hardware must be returned clean, empty, in perfect working condition, and in its original packaging with all components.

  • Action: Contact hello@pinter.com or via webchat to start your return. You must ship returns within 14 days of receiving authorization.

AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT (DELIVERY PLAN CUSTOMERS) If you received your Pinter through a promotional Delivery Plan (Free Pinter, Free Co-Pinter, etc.) and you wish to stop your plan before completing your minimum commitment, you simply pay an Amortized Deferred Hardware Charge to buy out your contract and keep the hardware.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER: Free Pinter + Co-Pinter

STARTING HARDWARE CHARGE: $348

What this means:

  • Ownership of the Promotional Hardware transfers to you immediately upon delivery.

  • However, your receipt of the hardware at a $0 or discounted upfront price is conditional upon fulfilling your minimum delivery agreement.

  • This starting hardware charge decreases (amortizes) proportionally with every successful beer delivery you make.

  • If you cancel your Delivery Plan early, paying this remaining amortized charge settles your outstanding contractual debt and stops your delivery plan.

FAULTY MACHINES

  • Within 30 Days of Receipt: Full refund or replacement (no hardware charge applies for defective products).

  • After 30 Days of Receipt: Repair or replacement under our standard manufacturer’s warranty. Wear and tear are not covered.

PINTER PACKS (INGREDIENTS)

  • Within 30 Days: You may return unopened Pinter Packs in their original, resalable packaging for a full refund.

  • Opened or consumed Pinter Packs cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Faulty or Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs. Contact us for a prepaid return label.

  • Change of Mind / 30-Day Guarantee Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

ORDER CANCELLATION & SHIPPED ORDERS

  • The 1-Hour Window: You have 1 hour immediately after checkout to cancel your order directly from your confirmation page.

  • Processed Orders: Once this 1-hour window passes, orders are automatically routed to our warehouse for immediate fulfillment and cannot be stopped or cancelled prior to delivery. You may return the order once it arrives following the 30-Day Guarantee guidelines above.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
